现代人主要居住在建筑物中。古代风水典籍中对建筑物的风水没有具体的说法。二、三码富豪的风水处理方法。为了应对现代客厅风水的变化，目前我们大多数人都住在楼房里。结合我25年易学研究的实践经验，我提出以下建议，仅供大家参考。

第一课：买房注意事项

买房首先要看的是楼房的整体环境。

1、从风水的角度，选择地形比较平坦开阔的环境。建在斜坡上的房地产不仅不稳定可靠，而且意味着财富的流失和分离。

2、不要住在宗教建筑、墓地或政府办公室附近。这些建筑本身的风水相当不错，但阴邪之气很重，人体本身的阳气也会被侵入，所以不是理想的居住地。此外，医院、殡仪馆、屠宰场、监狱、垃圾站、加油站也应尽量避开。

3、不要选择靠近工业区的房子。灰尘、垃圾和噪音对居民的影响很大。长期居住会影响食欲、睡眠、听力和情绪波动。

4、建筑物之间的距离要合适。理想情况下，前后距离可以达到建筑物的高度，并列距离应为建筑物高度的一半。如果空间太窄，风水也不会好多少。

5、购买房产时，要注意组团的安排，即整体布局。应选择相邻统一、高度均等的社区环境，忌乱规划、高低差。

6、不要选择物业中最低或最高的建筑。选最低，气势被困，矮人先；择至高，孤峰独一，目凄凉。

接下来，我们来说说如何选择适合自己的地板。这与每个人的五要素有关。为方便起见，我列了一张表格如下：

关于居住面积大小的选择

我应该买多大的房子？对于一个三口之家，一个简单的方法是：房子的面积不要小于全家的总年龄。如果家里有老人，可以这样计算：夫妻总数50平方米，老人人均20平方米，小孩人均10到10平方米左右。 20平方米。面积太小，空气不流通，屋内空气不畅，对身心有害。但不会太大。所谓“房广而阴”、“房欺人”。人气太低太散，阴沉沉，气场失衡。如果你的房子太大，解决办法是多交朋友或邀请家人和你一起住。如果购买的面积太小，尽快改变现状。

第二讲：现代建筑的过道和门窗设计

传统的风水理论讲究坐北朝南。北为阴，南为阳，阴阳调和的地方风水好。有些人可能不太在意这些，但在现代生活中，采光、通风等条件与居住舒适度息息相关，所以还是尽量选择这样的房子吧。

在说门窗风水之前，先来说说室内走道。很多人只关注哪个房间是哪个，其实过道也相当重要。走道属于交通空间，是活动场所。需要注意以下几点：

1.过道不宜过长。最忌讳的是一关到底，整个公寓一分为二，这是家庭崩溃的样子。而且浪费内部空间。

2.路线要顺畅，忌从一个房间到另一个房间，不要绕路。背形走道也不好，房子交通也不好。

3.过道尽头的厕所不要对着，因为混浊的空气会污染整个房子。

风水认为，门是住宅呼吸和呼吸的地方，它就像一个人的嘴。你说嘴的重量重要吗？如果一个人嘴边总是挂着脏东西，好吗？当然不好。但在现实生活中，为了占据更多的空间，很多人把杂物堆放在了家门口。不仅占用公共空间，还影响美观。门口堆积的杂物就像设置了许多障碍物，浑浊的空气难以排出。更别说气场差了，一旦出现需要紧急疏散的情况，后果会很严重。

门之间的关系：

这是很多人关心的问题，比如哪扇门，哪扇门可以在对面。总结几点：

1.门不能对着厕所门。门是新鲜空气进入的地方，马桶是脏空气产生的地方。清气与脏气对立，格局不利。而且对客人也不礼貌。如果是这种情况，建议改变厕所门的位置。如果不能换，必须盖上，比如柜子、屏风等。

2.门不能对着卧室门。这样不够安静，影响休息。

3.门不能对着厨房门。厨房是财富聚集的地方，这种格局的财富外泄。

4.卧室的门不能对着厨房的门。热气和油烟直冲卧室，破坏了宁静和卫生，让人脾气不好。此外，一旦厨房煤气泄漏，后果更为严重。

5.储藏室的门不要对着卧室的门。储藏空间内的气不流通，对人体不好。

6.厨房门不能对着厕所门。厨房是储存和烹饪食物的地方，而厕所是细菌和污浊空气滋生的地方。这两种气流的混合对健康非常有害。

中国古代有一种常见的家具，现在很少用了，那就是屏风。除了利用空间分隔，屏风其实也是一个不错的风水道具。如果你家的外门正对着走廊，这就叫做“穿心剑”，解决办法是在门口设置屏风挡住。如果外门正对向下的公共楼梯，还应设置屏风，防止财富外流。

有些单位有室内楼梯。开门见梯是忌讳，最好转身或藏起来。

打开门会看到什么

1.打开门，看到红色。红色的墙壁或家具、陈设让人心旷神怡。

开门的禁忌是什么

第三课：建筑室外入口处的风水与处理

前面说过，门是嘴，窗是眼，那么入口就是喉咙。代表进屋后的第一印象，在西方国家也代表家庭的财运。

一个理想的单位应该有一个门廊，而不是打开门进入大厅。玄关在分隔空间、遮蔽隐私、防止渗漏等方面起着重要作用，直接影响房屋的风水。

风水里经常提到“沙”这个词。先来说说什么意思吧。煞其实是一种不好的气息，一种不好的形式。入口是化解外邪的重要环节。合理使用这个，可以收到很好的回避效果。

接下来，我将列出一些常见的户外形式。您也可以借此机会检查一下您周围是否有这种情况。

1.天空斩。从窗外望去，正对着两座高楼之间狭长的缝隙，是血光之灾。

2.孤峰。前、后、左、右无建筑，从人群中脱颖而出，师父孤零零，孩子们分开。

3.眩光。正对玻璃幕墙，光污染，容易头晕。

4.拥抱。建筑物周围有立交桥，噪音大，空气差，是主要的财富来源。

5.陆冲。住宅正对大道或河流，是血、病、散财的主灾。

6.破土动工。房子周围有建筑在建，主楼病了。

7.裂脸。对面建筑物的尖角，或面向窗户的岩石、屋檐或烟囱，是主要的灾难。

8.孤独的杨。靠近加油站、锅炉房、配电房。主要性情暴躁，家庭不和。

9.都音。靠近公厕和垃圾站，主要疾病和破产。

10.乌龙。穿墙的黑色空调管或污水管主要是胡说八道，工作不顺利。

11.千山。邻近的山非常丑陋，没有长草。主阴阳相违。

12.恶水。打开窗户可以看到污水管道和污水沟。

如果您遇到上述情况，请为您的住处设置一个入口。

入口注意事项：

1.进门不要放太多东西，家具越少越好。东西太多，一进门就容易烦躁。

2.入口处的光线要柔和明亮。只有保持光明，财富才会好。如果入口处没有外部照明，建议设置一盏全天亮着的灯。入口灯的数量可以是3、4、9。灯的形状可以是圆形或方形。

3.玄关的天花板不能太低，色调要明亮。天花板太低，业主很难出面。不要在天花板上安装镜子，因为宇宙的倒置是风水禁忌。

4.玄关装修的颜色不能太深，否则容易显得死气沉沉。

5.入口的墙壁不能用凹凸不平的石头装饰，这样会阻碍房屋的交通。

6.入口的地板不要太光滑，雨雪天气进门容易摔倒。

鞋柜：

不要对着门，不要超过户主的身高，不要露出鞋子。穿鞋时，鞋头应朝上，即逐步上升。

财神爷的雕像：

财神（如关公、赵公明）应面向门，财神（如福禄寿三星）应面向房间，而不是厕所或鱼缸，以免看到财富变成水。

植物：

发财树、铁树等阔叶常绿植物，不要放置仙人掌、玫瑰等带刺植物。

十二生肖饰品：

第四课：客厅风水布置

客厅是房间内不同功能区域的连接点，也是充分体现居住者品味的地方。它通向餐厅、卧室、厨房和浴室，就像一个家庭的心脏。由于其好客的功能，游客也可以用它来了解主人的性情。

如何确定客厅的整体色调：

客厅的朝向是由客厅窗户的朝向决定的。窗户朝南，也就是客厅朝南，以此类推。为了方便，我做了一个表格：

客厅的形状：

正方形和长方形大厅是理想的选择。狭窄或形状不规则的客厅风水不好，说明主人的心胸不够开阔。长度是宽度的两倍多，即长而窄。如果是这样的大厅，建议分成两个空间。例如，可用的隔断可以分为客厅和餐厅。

客厅不能有尖角，不利于风水，人在房间里走动也很危险。

客厅的天花板：

天花板是“天堂”的象征。太暗，头重脚轻。

客厅的地板：

地板是“土”的代表。如果用过浅色的，需要用深色的装饰线压住四个边。

所谓进堂看堂，进堂看地。地板的材质和质量更好，因为你每天都踩在上面。如有损坏，应立即修复，否则暗示家庭有麻烦。

很多人喜欢在当地铺地毯。地毯的作用就像屋前的草。有必要选择吉祥的图案。红色和金色是吉祥的颜色。

客厅的楼梯：

复式、夹层、别墅和联排别墅都有楼梯。楼梯是幸运的地方，也是事故发生的地方。

楼梯的理想位置是靠墙。该形状优选地是螺旋梯或带有休息平台的梯子。楼梯的坡度要平缓，最好用木台面。

不适合楼梯间下的厨房或卧室，不像哈利波特。

客厅的家具：

沙发：

1.沙发后面一定要有坚实的支撑。身后不应有门窗、通道或鱼缸，主要目的是分散财富。实在不行，可以靠在屏幕上。

2.沙发数量要成套，避免半套。

3.沙发不要排成一排，最好是L型或U型。

鱼缸也常放在客厅观赏。我会在家居部分详细提到，但我现在不说。

第五课：卧室风水布局

风水讲的是“行风聚气”。卧室遵循同样的原则。

卧室的大小：

卧室越大，人体消耗的能量就越多，这样气场就能平衡。如果一个人住在大卧室里，卧室会吸收他大量的能量来换取平衡，久而久之，这个人的体质就会下降。如果卧室太小，能量无法释放，就会烦躁不安。卧室的大小应与居住人数成正比，最大的不能超过客厅的大小。

卧室的形状：

要选择形状规则的房间，请避免三角形和凹凸不平。不要太窄太长，长度是宽度的2倍以上，容易对神经敏感。

卧室的颜色：

您可以根据卧室的朝向和居住者的命理需求选择配色：

卧室门：不要对着厨房门、厕所门，也不要对着镜子。如果卧室有连接浴室，浴室的门必须关闭。一是为了卫生，二是风水里有“桃花泛滥”的说法，就是防止婚外情。

装饰：卧室可以摆放中小型盆栽或吊盆、水草、散发香气的花草，但不要放太多，容易阴气过多。你可以放一个漂亮的花瓶，一个有花的花瓶可以提升你的知名度。

第六课：浴室风水布局

如果你看到这里的朋友，你还没有买房子，你可以看看下面的建议。已经买房的朋友，注意如何改善。

不要买有浴室和厨房旁边的单元，不要买卧室上面有浴室的复式或复式单元，不要买浴室在尽头的单元长长的走廊。这三种房子的风水不好猪年家居风水摆放，也不利于健康。设计师也缺乏常识，尽量不要买！ ！ ！

第7课：厨房和餐厅的风水布局

厨房的位置关系到家庭运势的兴衰。正东和东南是好的厨房位置，正南、西南、正北、东北和西北是不好的方向。如果位置不好，要多注意厨房的灶台摆放、排水、防潮、保鲜等方面，后面会讲到。

炉子放置：

1.炉灶不能对着厨房门。火炉象征着家庭的财富，最好避风。也不利于家庭主妇的健康。不要开门看炉子是什么意思。

2.灶台要靠墙，不能靠窗，后面不能空，会影响财运。

3.不要把炉子放在结构梁下面，对全家人的健康有害，尤其是家庭主妇。

4.灶台不宜直接靠近水槽、冰箱、洗碗机、洗衣机等使用水的电器。所谓不兼容。

5.不要把炉子放在窗前或窗下，说明你很无奈。

6.炉子不能放在马桶下面，也不能放在水箱下面。

冰箱的摆放位置：冰箱门不能正对厨房门和灶台，不利于食物储藏。

电饭煲的摆放位置：电饭煲是炉子的变种，弹跳开关不能正西、西北、西南方向。其他都可以。

餐厅最好靠近厨房。如果离厨房太远，则意味着好运和厄运。正南、正东、正北和东南方向都是适合餐厅的方向。

餐桌：餐桌对夫妻和睦有很大的影响。注意以下几点：

1.木餐桌的选择可以促进家庭和睦。

2.使用圆形或方形餐桌来聚集人气。

3.餐桌上没有结构梁。如果是这样，要么移动桌子，要么用天花板盖住它。如果餐桌在楼梯下，可以放置招财竹来解决。

4.桌子不应该对着门。一开门就看到一家人在吃饭，很不礼貌。可以用屏幕覆盖。

7.不要把白蜡烛放在桌子上，好像在吃一个冥想的日食。

第八课：阳台风水布局

阳台是我们家唯一真正亲近大自然的地方。如果阳台是全封闭的，表面上看是防尘防盗，其实是逆风水，关气门。但是完全挖空的阳台也不好，成为膝盖以下空隙的大忌。最好下部是实心墙，上部是带玻璃窗的阳台。

这里，很多人为了增加客厅面积，把阳台和客厅都打开了，这样在交界处就会出现横梁。这个不好，想办法填吧。

阳台上不要放太多杂物，原因和大门一样。阳台不宜过大，漏光也会造成光照，会给人造成心理压力。这是最合适的。

阳台朝向：

东部和南部都很好。紫气从东方而来。小心不要面对锋利的物体。阳台不能正对大门，一定要盖好。阳台正对马路，甚至是高速公路，可以​​在阳台上放一对铜龟解决。

阳台配件：

原则是转恶求福。

常用的有狮子、乌龟、独角兽、龙等。具体情况放什么，后面的装修文章中会详细提到，这里不再赘述。但不要乱用。

Orientation selection: due east, southeast, due north, and northwest are all suitable, but due south and southwest are not good. The specific reasons will not be repeated. Don't set up a study in a room without windows, which will make your career difficult.

Size: It's better to be small and elegant than large and unreasonable! The study room is too large, it is difficult to gather Qi, it will seriously deplete people's spirit, and affect their health over time.

Choice of shades: Green is the best. Because the study is related to Wenchangyun, and the five elements of Wenchangxing belong to wood. And green can protect our eyes and relieve visual fatigue.

Desk placement:

1.Do not face the window, it is easy to be distracted and eyestrain.

2.Do not face the kitchen or toilet, and do not lean against the wall of the kitchen or toilet. Can not be changed, put green plants to improve.

3.People should not turn their backs to the door after sitting down in front of the desk, which will make them feel less secure and easily frightened.

4.The seat behind the desk should not be a window, and the back of the glass is detrimental to career luck.

5.There should be no structural beams on the desk. Easily oppressed.

6.Items stacked on desks should not be higher than the user's head.

Plant placement: broadleaf plants are preferred.

Lesson 10: Feng Shui Layout for Children's Room

Young people who have just married do not have many friends with children, and most of them want to make more money while they are young. However, it will be used in the future, so I will say it briefly.

Orientation selection: Boys are suitable for the east, girls are suitable for the southeast. It is suitable for both men and women in the north. Due south and southwest are not very good orientations.

Other Notes: The decoration principle of children's room is environmental protection and safety first. Do not lock the door. Babies should not sleep in newly renovated rooms. Don't put mirrors in the room. Plants should not be placed, because children are far more likely to be allergic than adults, so as not to have adverse effects.

Lesson 11: Modern Building Decoration Mascot Feng Shui Usage

How to convert unfavorable factors in the room into favorable factors, In addition to the improvement methods mentioned above, various props for decoration are also used. Some of these props are available in every household, but they are not necessarily known to be related to Feng Shui. Precisely because some things are so common, it's a mess. However, I don’t know where these things related to Feng Shui are placed. This is the purpose of my talk.

Traditional animal-shaped feng shui decorations: dragon, unicorn, lion, turtle, eagle, horse, etc.

Modern home-type feng shui decorations: calligraphy and painting, photos, vases, clocks, screens, mirrors , fish tank, wind chimes, crystals, etc.

Dragon placement:

Dragon has the function of turning evil and prospering.注意以下几点：

1.The dragon should be placed near the water, such as a fish tank. If there is water outside the window or balcony, it is better to point the faucet outside. If there is really no water source, they are placed in the north.

2.The color of the dragon can be determined according to the five elements of the head of the household. Metal dragon ornaments for those who lack gold; jade dragons for lack of wood; stone dragons for lack of water; red dragons for lack of fire; yellow dragons for lack of soil.

3.Do not put dragon-shaped ornaments if there are sewage ditches in front of the house. That would backfire.

4.Do not place it facing the bedroom, and do not place it if the zodiac sign is a dog.

5.Don't place anything like the Nine Dragon Wall.

Place of unicorns: Families who are eager to have children can place a pair of unicorns near water (such as on a fish tank).

The placement of the lion:

The lion is the king of beasts, and it has the function of suppressing the house and turning evil. Look at the gates of the old landlords and old wealthy houses, including the current banks, where stone lions are placed. If your home is facing magnificent buildings such as large office buildings, banks, governments, etc., or temples, Taoist temples, hospitals, tombs and other buildings with heavy yin, you can place lions to control the house. But it should be noted that lions must be placed in pairs, not single. If the lion head is placed at the door, it should face the door, and if it is placed on the windowsill or balcony, it should face the window, not indoors. If possible, it is best to put it in the northwest.

Placement of turtles:

It is especially suitable for people with elderly people to place turtles, which means health and longevity. Bronze turtles can resolve Heaven Zhan Sha, Road Chong Sha, and Split Face Sha (see the example of outer shackles in the entry of the entrance), and copper tortoises can be placed in the places where these shape shackles face. Live turtles can also be raised, with the same effect. If you are facing fire-like external evils such as big chimneys, gas stations, red buildings, etc., you should place stone turtles whose attributes are water.

Placement of birds of prey (such as eagles):

If your home is surrounded by tall buildings, you can turn the situation around by placing eagles. The head of the eagle should face the outside, and the wings should not be drooping. Be careful not to place eagle ornaments for chickens.
